Creative Hands Printing Services, LLC. DBA Beyond the Décor by Constance will be temporarily closed starting Wednesday, July 26, 2023, through Wednesday, August 2, 2023. We will reopen on Thursday, August 3, 2023, to our normal hours of operations which are Monday-Thursday from 5PM-8PM excluding all holidays. You can still place orders on our website, but orders will not be fulfilled until we reopen, and will be fulfilled in the order in which they were received. Could be sooner. Processing Time Information

Since we custom makes every single item we offer to order, it does take time.  We would much rather give you a high-quality product that you would be proud to receive than rush through the process to give you less than you deserve. Quality takes time but it is well worth it!

We put our heart and soul into every item we make, strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible and do everything in our power to ensure you receive your items before your vacation or event.  Although our typical production time can be approximately 14 Business Days Monday through Thursday 5:00pm-8:00pm (excluding weekends and holidays),  sometimes it could take us a little longer depending on the number of orders we are processing. Rest assured that we go full blast working to get you taken care of.

If you need your order in less than 2 weeks, we do try to accommodate last-minute orders so please contact us to ensure we can get your items made and to you before a specific date before ordering.  Please keep in mind, that we custom make every single item, nothing is pre-made.

In some cases, you may receive your items before the 14 days or whatever the specific timeframe
may be. And in other cases, sometimes there can be delays. No worries, the delay may be because we are waiting on items to complete your order to arrive before we can get your items to you. We will get everyone took care of and your items to you as quickly as possible. 

We use email to send you proofs, order status updates, and correspondence about your
order. It is imperative that you keep an eye on your email for any information that I may need, image proofs, and tracking information.  The emails will come from beyondthedecorbycl@gmail.com so you may need to check your spam folder to make sure it doesn't get sent there.

We are a small business that is dedicated to working hard for our customers and we want you to be satisfied with your order.  Custom-made quality products are so worth the wait but we do understand that you would like your order as quickly as possible, which is what we want as well. What sets us apart from the large box online stores is that we don't treat you like just another order. We go the extra mile to ensure that you get the best of the best and we fully believe that you will agree that our quality, service, and dedication to our customers are well worth the wait.

How does the process work ?

1-) Please add your image and personalization, text (along with color choice) if any, or just tell us to freestyle.

2-) Please choose your shirt size or product. (Shirt sizes are shown on the drop-down)

3-) Click add to cart. If you would like to order more than one of the same item, you can easily go back to the listing and do the same thing for the other items you would like to purchase.

4-) Then please click Proceed to checkout. You are all set! It's Easy!

Pictures or Images
All pictures must have a clear background, meaning a non-black/dark or blending background, High-Resolution files are required for the best clarity. Do not send screenshots, zoomed-in pictures, cropped pictures, pictures with filters, pictures in a collage, or saved web images. They are low quality and will not work. 

Make sure to put your order number as the subject, when sending us your an email about your order.

DISCLOSURE: 

Due to the sublimation printing process, there may be small imperfections to some areas and or seams, mainly armpit on shirts or crease areas, same with masks. This is where the design has been pressed onto the product and there may have been a small crease. We do try our hardest to avoid this but it does happen.

If you need item (s) before then you MUST email us BEFORE placing your order to verify if we can accommodate your request. The order itself does not take 14 business days to complete. SHIPPING PROCESS:

Currently, we do not ship. Please be aware of this before checking out. You will select Pick Up/Local Pick Up order on the INFORMATION page or choose Ship for Local Delivery (Delivery Fee Occurs), and on the Shipping Method page select Local Delivery . We only deliver in the Vicksburg, MS area. 
if you want you order delivered. Also, if you do not live in an apartment, put none there. The order will not go beyond there if you don't.

Occasionally we ship orders. UPS is the carrier we ship from. If package is delayed, lost or damaged. You will have to reach out to the carrier. We are not responsible, once packages are dropped off to the carrier.

HOURS OF OPERATIONS::

Monday through Thursday 5:00PM-8:00PM. We are closed on Friday-Sunday and ALL Holidays.
