PLEASE NOTE: We currently do not ship orders. Occasionally we do ship. We do not refund delayed, processing or already shipped items. We use carrier UPS and it will require a signature. Once packaged is dropped off, you will have to reach out to the carrier for lost, delayed, or damaged goods. When checking out, on the INFORMATION page, for Delivery Method, please select Pick Up Order (FREE) or Local Delivery (DELIVERY FEE) by choosing SHIP. The order itself does not take 7-14 business days to complete. It is the number of orders we have to fulfill to get to your order.

Shipping policy

Shipping:

Currently, we do not ship. Please be aware of this before checking out. But occasionally we will ship, please ask before ordering. If we do ship, once the package is dropped off with UPS, which is the carrier we use. It will be out of our hands. You will need to contact the carrier if your package is lost or marked as delivered and you didn’t get it. Please contact the carrier and not Creative Hands Printing Services, LLC. we will not be able to help you once the package is dropped off to the carrier. 

At Checkout:

You will select Pick Up order on the INFORMATION page or choose Ship for Local Delivery (Delivery Fee Occurs), and on the Shipping Method page select Local Delivery. We only deliver in the Vicksburg, MS area.

The processing time on most orders is 7-14 business days; Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays) after payment is processed and received, which could be sooner depending on our workload.
