3.) Once the mock-up is approved by you, we make the clock. The clock will not be made until proof is approved. So please respond to our emails in a timely manner.
4.) You pick up items or have the items locally delivered when the email is sent stating your order is ready.

Sorry, please send all pictures individually, do not send screenshots, zoomed-in pictures, cropped pictures, pictures with filters, pictures in a collage, or saved web images they are low quality and will not look good nor work. Due to the printing process, there may be slight misprints on certain areas this is where the design has been pressed onto the product and there may have been a small crease. We do try our hardest to avoid this but it does happen.
