How does the process work?:
1.) Send us a picture, colors, theme or the wording you want, or just tell us to freestyle the design.
2.) We make a mock-up for you.
3.) Once the mock-up is approved by you, we make the product.
4.) You pick up items or have the items delivered when the email is sent stating your order is ready for pick up.

Please email your picture file and text along with the color choice (if any) or just tell us to freestyle. High-Resolution Files are required for the best clarity. If using a logo, we must have the png file (transparent background). Sorry, no screenshots, zoomed-in pictures, cropped pictures, pictures with filters, nor pictures in a collage, or saved web images are low quality and will not look good. DISCLOSURE:
Due to the printing process, there may be small imperfections to some areas and seams, this is where the design has been pressed onto the product and there may have been a small crease. We do try our hardest to avoid this but it does happen. Also, being in sunlight the sublimation design will start to fade, please be aware of this when purchasing.

*The processing time for all items is 6-8 business days; Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays) after payment is received, could be sooner depending on our workload* If you need it before then you MUST email us BEFORE placing your order to see if we can accommodate your request. Currently, we do not ship. Please be aware of this before checking out. You will select Pick Up order on the INFORMATION page or choose Ship for Local Delivery (Delivery Fee Occurs), and on the Shipping Method page select Local Delivery. We only deliver in the Vicksburg, MS area.
